Natural hair knowledge has come a long way from where it used to be in the earlier 2000’s. But being that in 2014 natural hair is a crazy fettish that all black women have, I would think that it was only right that I give my views on what makes our natural hair happy, healthy, growth worthy and so much more.

Now, disclaimer…
These are just strictly my views on the topic. If you have any other suggestions then you are more than welcome to comment below… Everything that you say will be taken into consideration for the videos and articles to come.

Okay, here we go!

Natural Bliss Attack 1

Keeping your hair moisturized is something that I constantly stress about, because without moisture your hair will look and feel like crap. No one deserves crappy, dry, deadly hair that looks like you just crawled completely out of hell. Good moisutre tips are to co-wash daily, deep condition weekly, and just remember to always wrap your hair up at night with a silk bonnet or scarf. I personally like to moisturize with coconut oil. It really works!
If you follow these small tips in this category then I promise, you won’t have any worries.

Natural Bliss Attack 2

Give your hair a life… Trim those bad ends. Treat your hair like a garden, your pride and joy in your own back yard. You wouldn’t let weeds continuously grow all over your precious roses, so why would you hold on to split ends that are trying to split all the way up to your scalp?
Girl, quit playing and trim those darn ends. You won’t be bald… I promise.

Use sulfate-free shampoos that will allow your curl pattern to soar to amazing heights that you never thought were possible. If you purchase sulfate-free shampoos then this will allow your curl pattern to stay the way that it is SUPPOSE to look. Shampoos that have too much sulfate in them have the capability to knock out your curl pattern. I had no idea about this until my mother shared it with me. And little did I know, mama knew best.

Okay, so there you have it! Those are my 3 easy steps for this morning. Use these tips and they should allow you to get your hair day off to a good start.

Thanks for reading & Good Luck!
Also, Happy New Years Eve!

Sincerely,
Naturally Triece

Our hair likes moisture and water is the only moisturising agent. Oil seals the water in eg after a wash or co wash or midweek spritz. You can get lotions to moisturise but this is a oil water mix. Coconut oil makes a reasonable sealant but does not moisturise.
