Man’s Finger Tip Gets Bitten Off at Beyoncé And Jay-Z’s “On The Run” Concert

Two young men attending the “On The Run” concert tour of Beyoncé and Jay-Z at the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, California on a Saturday evening, got more than they expected when an altercation broke out between the two.

According to police reports, an unidentified man, trying to defend the honor of his girlfriend after Roberto Alcaraz Garnica allegedly touched her breαsts, ended up having the end of his finger bitten off by the offender, which landed 25-year-old Garnica in jail on a $100,000 bond.

Garnica has been charged on suspicion of sëxual battery and mayhem for αttαcking and biting the 20-year-old man but could face further charges, according to CBS Los Angeles. The disgruntled concertgoer remained in jail the following day, while the second performance of the tour went under way, the report added.

Police reports also indicate that other arrests were made during Saturday night’s concert, which attracted around 55,000 fans, but they were for minor violations, such as public intoxication or ticket scalping.

There are no further reports as to the condition of the man who lost the tip of his finger at the present time, but Garnica pleaded not guilty to the alleged offense. He entered pleas on Tuesday to mayhem, battery, and battery with serious bodily injury.

According to Los Angeles County prosecutors, Garnica could face up to eight years in prison if found guilty of the offenses, which had been started by him groping a woman and pushing some chairs.
