Naturally Triece: Join The Evolution Weight Loss Challenge!

While creeping all over Youtube to find somethings that would be interesting to myself as well as my readers I came across a video from a group of my favorite YouTubers, Natural Sistas. When I saw the cover photo for the video down below I knew that I needed to watch Carmen’s transformation.

Not only did I watch, I took in the information that Carmen was giving based on her transformation over a 5 month period.

In the video below, Carmen explains that she lost 50 pounds in 5 months and it was all because she ate appropriately and exercised regularly.

Carmen and her sisters are now doing a 50 pound weight loss challenge for the month of January, and the results have been phenomenal.

Carmen explains to us that she is a certified personal trainer who eats lean meats such as fish and chicken, she also works out on a regular basis, running 3 or 4 miles a day just to stay fit.

To all of my readers…

I want you guys to watch this video and if you haven’t already, take what she is saying into consideration. We as black women have to take care of our bodies and I think that we should start our own challenge.

The challenge will be for you ladies to comment on this blog or our facebook pages, Fly Nubian Queens and Naturally Moi, giving us images of the weight that you have lost and tell us what your goal is.

If you haven’t yet created any goals for yourself then why don’t we do the Evolution Challenge, which means that you post pictures of yourself quarterly, every 3 months. I will be posting before and after’s every 3 months as well, just to see where I started and the current progress at the given time…

I think that this would be an amazing idea to do in January because I would like to be able to look over the pictures in late December of this year and show off the many results that I received.
