Sheryl Lee Ralph Talks Omarosa Begging Her To Get On The ‘Trump Train’
Donald Trump’s biggest fan, Omarosa Manigault, has now apparently been on a journey to recruit several of her black friends to jump on board and work for him for some time now. The 43-year-old, who’d first garnered her fame as a contestant on the first season of ‘The Apprentice’, and has since maintained her close relationship with the POTUS, is openly attempting to get blacks to like Trump and understand that he is, according to her, trying to help us.
So, when Donald Trump had first made it into office as Commander and Chief, it wasn’t a huge surprise to learn that she’d gotten the role as Director of Communications of the Office of Public Liaison.
Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph recently spoke on the topic after being asked about Omorosa’s new job and how the two women’s relationship has changed in the past couple of months since our new president has taken his seat.
“We’ve been friends a long time. We don’t share the same politics, we don’t share the same thoughts. But, I like her,” she said.
“Omarosa and I meet at this church event. And I say, ‘Girlfriend please don’t tell me your taking.. you’re doing.. what why?’ And she said, ‘Sheryl, I am going to the White House. I will have an office in the White House. I am riding this train and I’ve got a ticket for you, if you would like to come along. And I was like, ‘Girlfriend, Imma have to miss that train.'”
However, on a more positive note, Omarosa is now being credited for pushing the HBCU initiative, which could possibly lock in long-term funding, something that the Obama administration didn’t seem to get done, for whatever reason.
So, what are your thoughts on this news? Think Ms. Ralph may change her mind and be on her way to the White House?
