Ciara Fans Are Pissed After Future Says This About Her Being His Property
BY: NISHA THOMAS
As it was first promised, rapper Future has now unleashed his sixth studio album, ‘HNDRXX,’ just this past Friday (February 24th) for his fans, as well as his ex-fiancée, Ciara. This one comes just one week after his self-titled ‘Future’ project dropped.
With this album, though we thought that he’d gotten a lot off his chest with past music, Future is still not done with sharing his thoughts on singer Ciara and how heartbroken he is that he cheated and she left.
The album’s opening track that has every one raising an eyebrow is titled ‘My Collection,’ which is supposed to be an abrasive soft-toned single that brings up old skeletons of girlfriend’s past. The father of Future Zahir didn’t hold anything back when speaking on this track, talking about the mother of his youngest kid and their past public relationship.
As soon as the song starts, he goes straight into C’s alleged former flames and relationship history.
“She told me she was an angel,” he loathes over the track. “She f**cked two rappers and three singers/ she got a couple athletes on speed dial/ I’m tryna get the case dismissed before I see trial.”
This particular bar could be in reference to industry artists such as 50 Cent, Bow Wow and Trey Songz. He also makes reference to Ciara’s husband and the father of her second child, Russell Wilson and even has the audacity to claim his ownership over a married woman.
He says, “anytime I got you, girl you my possession/ even if I hit you once, you part of my collection.”
In a recent interview with Zane Lowe and Beats 1 radio, the rapper and father of five confessed just how personal he was willing to get with this album, which was a revelation that he’d teased to his fans once he’d finally returned to Instagram. He spoke of an unnamed track during the interview and did say that it might tick a few people off once the music was released.
“It might get more attention that I want it to get,” he said. “It might get the wrong attention, it might get great attention. Who knows? I just know it’s a song I feel good about. This is not me holding anything back.”
And that is exactly what happened…
Twitter has geared up and taken aim, depending on who’s side they have chosen to be on and honestly, things will probably only get worse from here.
So, what are your thoughts on the way that Future is going in on Ciara? Think she cares? After all, she is preparing to give birth to her secondly anticipated bundle of joy.
