#BlackLivesMatter Founder Alicia Garza Explains Why She Won’t Vote For Hillary Clinton

In a recent interview published by Bloomberg on Thursday, co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement, Alicia Garza, dropped a bombshell and made it clear that she will NOT be voting for Hillary Clinton and her husband, Bill Clinton, who was our former president, because she understandably believes that they just “use black people for votes.”
“Early on, [Hillary] would say, ‘Yes, black lives matter,’ but she wouldn’t acknowledge her role in processes that fundamentally showed black lives did not matter,” Garza said.
Garza also slammed Bill Clinton for loudly criticizing BLM activists at a campaign event in April.
“You are defending the people who kill the lives you say matter,” Bill Clinton said earlier in the year as he was heard attempting to defend his administration’s crackdown on crime in the 90’s.
“I was angry about that for about a month, seriously, like every single day,” Garza said. “It’s reprehensible for him to defend the impacts his policies have had on our communities.”
The Clinton couple are believed to use the black vote, according to Garza, however they don’t “do anything for black communities after they’re elected. They use us for photo ops.”
The 42nd president’s comments weren’t the only reason as to why the popular movement is irritated with the Clintons. Hillary’s campaign events have been constantly foiled by activists who’ve openly criticized her use of the unforgettable term, “super-predator,” which she’d only used to describe our young, black men.
Just this past year, Hillary told the BLM activists that she would only talk to white people about racial issues if they’d continue to disrupt her events with their questions.
Back in March of this year, Hillary made comments at a black women who’d asked her a question about her record on racial issues, suggesting that the young woman should “go run for something” if she wasn’t happy with the status quo, Clinton never actually answered her question.
The wife of Bill also declared that a lot of “well-meaning, open-minded white people” think that African-American men in hoodies are scary.
“I mean if we’re honest, for a lot of well-meaning, open-minded white people, the sight of a young black man in a hoodie still evokes a twinge of fear,” Clinton said.
I must admit, it is quite understandable as to why many black folks are growing irritated with this election. The possible candidates are only using us to their political disposal and they will soon throw us all in the trash. So, why are there still so many blacks that are insisting on voting? Are they just ignorant? Do they not know? Or do they not care?
