Memphitz has recently found himself in some new drama with the law. Just yesterday Memphitz, better known as the husband Lil’ Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Wright, made headlines when it was revealed that he was involved in a police raid over some alleged gun threats.

According to TMZ, the incident happened just Wednesday morning after Memphitz had gotten involved in a heated altercation with his West Hollywood Landlord.

The landlord had allegedly called 911 and claimed that Memphitz walked away from their argument with threats that he was going to come back with a gun.

The cops came to the reality star’s home, reportedly with their guns drawn, ready to fire. However, Memphitz wasn’t there to arrest. He spoke with TMZ, telling them of the incident that took place. Claiming that he did in fact, get into an argument with the landlord over “intolerable noise and partying,” but he does also deny ever making threats to the landlord of bringing a gun to their next discussion.

The celerity site reports that the police have yet to speak with the music producer and it is still unclear as to whether the landlord will decide to file charges against him.

He is now moving out of the residence, saying that he doesn’t want to take a chance on anything else happening between the two of them.

So, what do you think? Will he be moving back in with his wife? Seems that since they have been experiencing marital issues, he has been in more trouble than ever.

The reality TV couple recently made blogger news when it was revealed that Wright gives her famous husband eight hall passes a year… to cheat! Women couldn’t believe what they were hearing and men couldn’t believe that they didn’t get to Toya first! Though they tried to blame K. Michelle for their difficult marriage, it is pretty clear that their way of living is the root of their issues.
