Sister 2 Sister Magazine Puts An End to Their Print Edition

The Internet is really taking over the world.

First 106 & Park put a halt to its live shows and moved to online streaming, and now Sister 2 Sister magazine is ending its print edition and switching to an online edition. S2S has been in business for 26 years, and now readers and subscribers will no longer get their daily gossip in the mail or in their local grocery store.

Jamie Foster Brown, founder of S2S, said that the transition is due to the “harsh economy.”

“My dear Sister 2 Sister readers, after 26 years of ‘Giving It To YOU Straight, No chaser’ we have made the tough decision to cease printing our beloved and very informative Sister 2 Sister magazine due to the harsh economy and plan to focus on our website and other digital opportunities,” Brown wrote.

S2S has been spilling the tea long before we even knew what “celebrity tea” really was. Brown has interviewed plenty of stars, and she is always up to date on the latest news. People faithfully subscribed to S2S and read the magazine from front to back. For them, this change is definitely a major one.
