Naturally Triece: 3 New Years Party Meals That Are To Die For!

This New Year you just want to show all of your friends and family that you can be just as festive as everyone else, so you invite everyone over to your house to start their night off right. Good wine, good music, good friends… What more could you possible ask for? Food! Food was the one thing that you didn’t think of, but it is also the one thing that every body is going to want! You don’t want to be that typical single girl who just gets a bunch of fried chicken wigs from some restaurant. You want to show everyone that you can be cool, fun and festive with your amazing music, wine, matching dishes and bomb a** food! I have some awesome menu ideas that you can wip up for the whole party that will make them want to come to your house every year for New Years.

Meal 1

Mac & Cheese Cups

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon butter 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Meal 2

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs | Pillsbury- These cannot be healthy but they look fab!


  • 1 16 oz. can of your favorite buscuits (Preferably Pillsbury)
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked or 16 frozen (thawed) cooked meatballs
  • block (8 oz) Cheddar cheese, cut into 16 cubes
  • slices bacon
  • Long toothpicks or skewers
  • Canola oil for frying

Meal 3

Saucy Roast Beef Swiss Sliders

Tangy, delicious roast beef and Swiss sliders


For the sandwiches:
  • 24 Hawaiian rolls
  • 24 slices of Roast Beef
  • 24 slices Swiss cheese
For the sauce:
  • 4 teaspoons of dijon mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of poppyseeds

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  • Cut he Hawaiian rolls in half.
  • Fold a slice of roast beef in half to fit on each Hawaiian roll, and the top with a slice of Swiss.
  • Return the top bun to the sandwich.
  • Repeat with all the remaining sliders.
  • Place the sandwiches in a baking pan, 12 in each.
  • Combine the mustard, butter, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the tops of the slider buns. Sprinkle generously with poppy seeds.
  • Cover your pan loosely with tin foil and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the tin foil about 8+ minutes in.
  • Serve hot!
