During the Holiday Season it is common to be jolly, give a lot of love, give food, give toys and plenty of warm clothing to those who may not have. But to give your hair? That is something that is generally unheard of during this time, but some Washington high school kids decided to change that fact by donating their beautiful locks to others who are less fortunate.

Their dance coach who inspired this movement, Kelli Abramovich, says that she has been donating hair for as long as she can remember and every time that she decides to go now she tries to encourage her dance students to come along. Abramovich donates her hair every 2 to 3 years. Needless to say that she is very proud of her students. buy xifaxan cheap http://healthinschools.org/wp-content/languages/new/cheap/xifaxan.html no prescription

This year the girls got their hair cut at Rolf’s Salon in the valley and their donations were in a partnership with Pantene and Cancer Treatment of America.

Now, one thing that I can say as a fact is that it is never easy to let go of hair that you have grown for all of your life but 3 high school students, all dancers, decided to face their fears and cut away their crown and glory to fulfill the lives of someone else. Unselfishly.

So far, the company that they have donated to, Beautiful Lengths, has given away 24,000 free wigs to the American Cancer Society’s wig bank and they distribute them to cancer patients all around the globe.

This is a great idea for those who have been thinking about cutting their hair to a shorter length just to receive a new look or simply because you want to give to someone who is less fortunate. buy diflucan cheap http://healthinschools.org/wp-content/languages/new/cheap/diflucan.html no prescription

If you would like to donate, Beautiful Lengths does ask that you would donate at least 8 inches of hair that is unprocessed by bleaches, hair color or any other chemicals and that your hair is less than 5% gray. buy singulair cheap http://healthinschools.org/wp-content/languages/new/cheap/singulair.html no prescription
