Obama to Jesus Heckler: “What Are You Hollering About?”

By  |  541 Comments

President Obama usually handles hecklers with an astuteness not seen among most President Obama Delivers state of the unionpresidents, probably because he’s become accustomed to it.

On Wednesday President Obama was confronted by a heckler and again he responded with his usual coolness.

A woman began screaming “Jesus is the Lord of Israel” at Obama during the president’s speech in Kansas City, Missouri.

“I’m sorry, what are you hollering about?” the president said, interrupting the woman’s  screams. The woman continued shouting but was largely drowned out by the crowd. “I believe in God. Thanks for the prayer. Amen. Thank you,” Obama responded.

The crowd then began to chant: “We love you! We love you!”

For the first time, though, Obama seemed to rebuke the heckler: “Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hating all the time. Come on,” said President Obama.

In May President Obama was interrupted by a heckler yelling “President Obama! Freedom for Ethiopia!”

“Hold on,” Obama told the heckler. “I agree with you, although why don’t I talk about it later because I’m just about to finish?”

Obama continued his speech on Wednesday to supporters, accusing Republicans of obstructing his presidency. Obama said Republican lawmakers need to deal with the fact that he’s president, at least until it’s time to elect a new one.

“I know they’re not that happy that I’m president,” Obama said. “I’ve only got a couple of years left. Come on, let’s get some work done. Then you can be mad at the next president.”

During his speech, Obama also said he was optimistic about the economy.

“We hold the best cards,” he said. “Things are getting better. The decisions we make now cold make things even better than that.”

Wow! Racist just hate the idea that President Obama is Black! The fruitcakes in my state that are running for the governor and of course Mitch the clown, every time they open their mouth, they mention the name Obama, and the rednecks fall for everything they say due to the fact that Kentucky ranks low on the scale when it comes to education, they can’t read, those that can read can’t comprehend what they are reading so they just believe any and everything a Republican tells their dumb butts! I will be glad when this young intelligent mans term is finally over so the rednecks can stop hating! I am sick of them! Mitch has been in office for 30 years and the only two things to come out of his mouth is Obama and coal, the coal barons have Mitch stuck up their butts so far his head is coming out of their mouths!

I didn’t vote for Obama bc he is pro-choice. That’s the only reason. I have to say he held his own in this situation.

Smooth Indeed he is the President. Respect the position

Even though he handles situations with so much class, it has to hurt some inside to actually have so many people attacking you. It is frustrating and then the law suit. This law suit is costing the tax payers a lot of money that we do not have. It does not make sense on what they are suing him for because there have been other sitting Presidents that have made decisions without Congress approving but this is the only one that has been sued.

I do believe it is time to change and people that feel it necessary to sue and it is found to be a frivolous suit, they should be made to pick up all the bills from the suit on both sides.

He knows they all hate that a black man is basically the ultimate boss and it’s a hard pill to swallow especially when you consider blacks to be beneath you. Well they’re going to have to get used to it until 2016.

That’s for sure.. and his supporters need to RALLY around him at every attempt those who hate him .. whose only purpose is to taint his legacy.

@leaho, I am wondering if you are a Christian or not? If pro-choice is the reason. That’s not a good one! Remember God the Creator is pro choice. However He is anti-sin! So that is the beauty in Him. He gives you the freedom to choose right from wrong, not control you! That’s Love!

    July 31, 2014 at 10:39 am

@leaho, I don’t think you are being honest either. I voted for him first because he is black and secondly he shares many of my positions in regards to politics and people. I’m honest!!!! That’s the problem, ppl are not keeping it real!!!

It doesn’t matter how much they hate him, or wish he was not President, at the end of the day when you open a history book you will his picture along side all of the other presidents and there’s nothing that they can do about it. That’s what they hate.

Come November let’s just vote these Republican idiots out of office and let’s have a majority Democratic Senate and house. I’m getting as many people as I can to register and vote blue. Let’s all do the same. We all know why they hate him. REGISTER AND VOTE

    July 31, 2014 at 12:45 pm

It’s such a sin that so many people hate him, only the ignorant and racist. He is everything they are not. History will show him to be the greatest President there ever was. God Bless him and keep him strong!

The main reason why the hate mongers are so active is because of the lies they have told for over 300 years about the Black Race. Their children are beginning to see the lies their white mothers and fathers told them about the stereotypes they placed on Blacks and other minorities soon to be the majority.
Their children are realizing that Blacks are beautiful, intelligent and want the same thing that whites and others want but have not been given the opportunities to compete on a level playing field. The white racists are losing power because minorities are getting the numbers but more importantly they are getting the education and becoming competitive with whites. White Affirmative Action is dwindling and now that whites are beginning to have to compete on a level playing field they are terrified. Whites are not accustomed to competing on a level playing field and to do so scares them to death.

No real Christian in their right mind would ever go against Israel. President or not don’t fight against. Israel. The pres. Policies are gonna get folk on the wrong side of God. Not a fan of stupidity. Folks better start reading” The Word”.

PatriceS, May I suggest that you read The Word? Try the KJV or any that has been around for a while. Read Genesis 10 and 11 and see that the people in Israel are NOT Jews. Then read Deuteronomy 28 and see who is described as Israel and what their punishment is. They are not talking about the Ashkenazi. Look up Ashkenazi and then re-read Genesis 10 and 11.

Remember that it was the USA and Britain that who initiated giving Israel to the AshkeNAZI. They know who they are. Do you know who you are? We were not aware of our history for a long time because we were forced to leave our language and culture behind so that we could be dehumanized here in the western hemisphere. Now is the time of the awakening. It is all in “The Word.”

Are you aware that the main people in Israel locks up as many Africans as America locks up African Americans? Israel gets more tax money than ANY African American community and we pay taxes!

Also I posted a comment in response to Redbone comment on the Geraldo Rivera’s statement re old women. Redbones comment was removed and so was mine, but I kept a copy of Redbone’s long truthful comment, but I could hardly post my comment and there was notice that appeared on the screen that my comment is being reviewed before its posted. Interesting. Even here we are being censored. If you say something shaallow you can post, but heavy stuff that will open the eyes of We The People will be removed as I experienced today.Peace.
