Woman Says Painful Post-Plastic Surgery Procedure Made Her Feel Like She Sinned

Reportedly a lot of South Korean women want to have perfect facial features, such as a V-shaped chin on a small face, wide eyes with double lids, a tiny nose, and light skin. Approximately 20 percent of them are not afraid to go under the knife with plastic surgery to look this way.

According to a feature about plastic surgery in South Korea on ABC’s “Nightline”, lots of women will do just about anything to look like what they imagine the perfect woman to be, and the trend seems to be starting when they are in their teens.

Jessica Choi (pictured), a guest on “Nightline,” said that she had even undergone the pain of five plastic surgery procedures in one day just to improve her looks. The Los Angeles-based property manager for a real estate company added that she always felt that her eyes were too small, so she had plastic surgery to change them.
