Beyoncé’s Pastor Approves The Singer’s New “Over-Sëxualized” Brand

After the recent fight in an elevator between Solange Knowles and her sister’s husband, rumors sparked that Beyoncé may be divorcing Jay Z. The megastar’s spiritual leader, Rudy Rasmus (pictured), has spoken out about how strong the couple’s marriage really is.

Rasmus, who co-pastors the St. John’s United Methodist Church in downtown Houston with his wife Juanita, began the church in 1992 with only 9 members. However, it has since grown to over 9,000 members and about 30 percent of those were former homeless people.

The pastor, global humanitarian, and author of a book titled, “Love. Period: When All Else Fails,” married Beyoncé and Jay Z in 2008. He said that amidst the rumors of trouble in their marriage, they still have trust, respect, and love for one another and that’s what matters most.
