So the word is out, Quvenzhane Willis is officially making some serious dollars.  TMZ was able to get Wallis’ contract for the remake of “Annie” into their possession and if numbers do not lie, not only is Willis incredibly wealthy for a 10-year-old, but she is also raking in more financially, for this particular movie, anyway, than Cameron Diaz.

If this is your first time hearing of Wallis, it is not due to a lack of talent.  She was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress at only 10 years of age for her performance in “Beasts of the Southern Wild.”   Plus she’s only 10, so let us expect a continuation of her greatness.

She is set to earn a base salary of $750,000 for starring as the famous orphan.  That is definitely saying something.  Not to mention … there’s more.

TMZ reports the following numbers:

– $750,000 base salary
– $750,000 bonus if the movie does super good
– 5% of profits
– 5% of all merchandising
– 10% of sound track album royalties

Boom.

Wallis’s co-stars in the movie are Jamie Fox and Cameron Diaz, and according to her contract, she cannot be listed below the second position, realistically meaning she will be paid more than Diaz, as reported by eurweb.com.

Sure, most children at the age of 10 probably would jump at the chance to make some money; however, for those same children, the unlimited Wi-Fi Wallis receives in her trailer along with having veto power on any bloopers before they are released would be more than a close second.

And if the contract was somehow not sweet enough, while promoting the film, Wallis is to be provided with three dresses to choose from.  She gets to keep the one she wears.

Nice.
