Terrence Howard Keeps All His Money In Divorce Settlement Ex-Wife Only Gets Bicycle and Chump Change

thIt is finally over, according to TMZ. Terrance Howard’s divorce from Michelle Ghent is final. Poor Terrance, he tried to make it work. Wait a minute, forget that. Terrance made out like a fat rat. All he had to give up was a bicycle.

According to the divorce order, Ghent got next to nothing. Ghent has been ordered to return a 2011 Range Rover to the Red Tail actor. Howard got the two houses in Pennsylvania and keeps everything in his 25 bank accounts. Howard has been ordered to pay his ex, $5,800 a month in spousal support for the next three years.

The couple married in January 2010. TMZ reported that Ghent filed for divorce almost a year later. Ghent allegedly accused Howard of viciously beating her, which may not be too farfetched as Howard has been known to have a bad temper in the past.

In 2008 Howard was sued by Tex Allen, brother of Debbie Allen and Phylicia Rashad, for brutally attacking him while in rehearsal for ACat On A Tin Roof on Broadway.

In 2009, The Smoking Gun reported that Howard was arrested in 2001 on numerous charges related to beating his ex-wife and stalking her. On one occasion, it was reported that the actor busted down the doors to her home, chased her to the back yard where he punched her twice, with a closed fist. The altercation was only stopped by his brother. Howard was married twice to ex-wife Lori McCommas. The couple called it quits, for good in 2005.  Howard even commented on the assault of Rihanna by Chris Brown, telling the Hollywood Reporter, “It’s just life, man. Chris is a great guy. He’ll be all right, and Rihanna knows he loves her, you know? They’ll be all right.” Howard has three children from his first marriage and no children with Ghent.

    I really like Terrence as an actor, and can’t beleive he is abusive. Wow…what a shame. Michelle did the right thing by leaving him and not prolonging the divorce settlement. It takes a lot to walk away with nothing…..Her dignity,life and self worth is more important.

    He should have whupped his last wife’s behind. She called him every n-word in the book. She was no good. She threaten to have him killed. She was a lowlife. He was a fool ever getting hooked up with her. It was a trainwreck waiting to happen.
