Fox News Wants to Know if Malia is Going to go on Birth Control
Fox News is pulling out all the stops when it comes to fighting against President Obama’s support for Plan B, the new pill that women can take to terminate pregnancy on short order. One of the groups that they love to attack are his wife and children. While most people are decent enough not to do such a horrible thing, Fox News is known for doing things that other networks simply would not do.
One of the questions that Fox News host Andrea Tantaros asked is whether or not the president’s daughter Malia Obama would be one of the 15-year olds that would be legally-allowed to use Plan B.
“Are they gonna put her on birth control? Because he’s very concerned with contraceptives and pharmaceuticals that are going in the mouths of everybody else’s 15-year-old daughter,” she said, according to Media Matters.
The host continued to go after the Obama Administration: “They consider 15-year-olds to be women. They want to tell grown women what to do. They know how grown women feel. They have no idea how women feel. They should stop talking about it, because they have no clue.”
The president drew the ire of conservatives for supporting the use of plan B for women as young as 15 years old without parents’ permission. But then the president disappointed liberals by appealing the decision, calling for women to be older before being allowed to use the pill. Do you think women as young as 15 should be allowed to easily access the pill without telling their parents?
