Beyoncé Writes Open Letter To Fans After Having No Choice But To Cancel Concert Date

beyBeyoncé is known for giving explosive shows and wowing fans all over the world. But even divas need time off to take care of themselves. Beyoncé had no choice but to cancel her show in Belgium, allegedly due to exhaustion and dehydration.

This news comes right on the heels of the rumor mill buzzing that the singer may be pregnant again, after not so flattering pictures hit the internet with Bey’s stomach looking a little bit rounder than usual. The singer recently told the media that she would love to have more children with husband, Jay-Z, saying that 1 year old Blue Ivy needs some company. But Beyonce and Jay-Z have assured fans that another baby will have to wait until touring is over.

Disheartened by the decision that she had to make, to cancel her show, Beyoncé felt it necessary to write an apology letter to her fans, on Facebook.

In the letter, the singer wrote, “To my dearest fans in Antwerp. I’ve never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me. I promise I will make it up very soon. I’m sorry if I disappointed you. Thank you for your concern. I’m feeling much better now, and I’m ready to give you a great show. See you tonight. All my love, Beyoncé.”

The letter went over well with her fan base, as fans wished her nothing but a speedy recovery. It is more than fans could say for her counterpart, Rihanna, who totally disrespected her fans on her tour, by cancelling dates and then gallivanting around town. At her Boston concert, the singer showed up three hours late and only sang for an hour, leaving fans highly upset.

Beyonce reassured fans that she would be back for her concert on Wednesday in Antwerp.

I’m not a Beyonce fan but I give her props for pretending that she cares about her fans. I think it was a stunt so that the media could pick it up and she get more people at her concerts. Her star is fading and when people’s star start to fade they come up with gimmicks. This is just another one of her ploys.

@Daisy what are you talking about? Her star is not fading. Every single show that she booked sold out. She has no reason to create a gimmick to get people to show-up at her show. At least she didn’t do the Rihanna and show up 3 hours late and only 1/2 perform for an hour. She canceled so she could give her best performance.

I do enjoy the manner in which you have framed this specific concern and it really does offer me personally a lot of fodder for thought. Nevertheless, through what precisely I have personally seen, I simply wish as the feedback pack on that people today keep on issue and not embark on a tirade of some other news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this outstanding piece and although I can not necessarily concur with the idea in totality, I respect the perspective.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any ways to help prevent content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.
