There’s no question that controversial reality TV star Evelyn Lozada has a fabulous body. Aside from using her bangin’ body to catch the attention of NBA and NFL stars, she is now using it to give health and fitness tips to the readers of Latina.com.
Evelyn’s fans are so excited about her new gig with Latina.com that they crashed the company’s website trying to access Evelyn’s first blog post. Here’s an excerpt of what the “Basketball Wives” star posted in her first blog:
I’m very excited about my first blog entry with Latina.com! This is certainly an honor and I look forward to sharing my health and fitness secrets with ALL of you! I have consulted with Celebrity trainer, Tim Hamilton of GetFit Trim (@gitfittim), who has helped me modify several different workouts not only for myself (but also for you!).”
She went on to share her ab workout plan which consists of a Warm-Up with a 60 second plank, The Russian Twist, a Leg Raise and The Reverse Crunch.
Apparently Evelyn was also shocked to learn that the first blog post crashed the company’s website. She tweeted: “Wow! I just heard that I CRASHED the @Latina website with my fitness blog! Thank you to everyone who logged on!“
